This week I have gotten up both days and now I wake up about 2 min before my alarm goes off. I don't even think about staying in bed.
I did cheat over the weekend, we had a wedding to go to, and celebrated some extra cash Friday night with eating out, someone brought me delicious cookies, and last night my dinner was a failure because I learned just a few minutes too late that my olive oil was bad ruining my delicious cauliflower Alfredo sauce. . .life happens and that is okay but I had at least 2 paleo meals a day, juiced a bit and I also borrowed a friends food dehydrator and have made some delicious zucchini chips, yum!
My first hand stand. . .only took me a year to get get over myself and try it for about 30 min. I'm still not consistent about getting up but I can do it!!! Still practicing

So even though I am busy busy doing homework and being a mom, working out has gotten easier some how. . .maybe it's because I would much rather being doing a 6:30 WOD than be sitting in a Biology course that early in the morning, or maybe because I don't want to be the OLD FAT chick in all my classes, OLD is fine but FAT not so fine!Oh yeah
