Skills:
Air Squat- tight butt, tight tummy, knees out, dig heels in, chest up, flat back, squeeze butt up
Front Squat - weight bar on shoulders, elbows up
Overhead Squat - arms straight holding weight bar overhead
Wall balls - squat and throw, elbows in, 1 ft from wall
pull ups - straight arms, jump up/ regular pull up/ swinging shoulders
rowing- push with heels, flat back, relax on way back in.
WOD: 10 min AMRAP
250 meters row and 10 wall balls
Completed 3 rounds in 10 min.
I felt good, Robyn was great at explaining everything and teaching me the skills I need to succeed! Great stretches, and training exercises to help me learn faster, get better and do it right!
