This is not easy posting this for the world to see but it make me accountable for them.  But seeing the numbers on a blog instead of hidden in a journal makes them more real. Makes me realize how out of control I really was and how much work I have ahead of me to get to where I need to be so here are the numbers

So there it is for the world to see. . .next time those numbers will be a lot smaller!
